Quite simply no, there are no hidden costs.

You're not tied into a contract, we operate a 30 day notice period.

Our one to one coaching programmes operate on a 30-day notice period.

If you are on our of our 12-week training programmes we would offer a full refund if cancelled prior to the starting date of the course, or, we would try to find alternative course dates that may suit you better.

You pay for your sessions each month in advance and we do not offer refunds for missed sessions. You can rearrange coaching sessions, by exception, with 24 hours notice. Please be aware though, that when you fall outside your designated slot, your coach will do all they can to accommodate you, but it will be contingent on their diary. We are very disciplined with our time (that’s what we are here to help you become), and as a result, you may lose your session if you postpone, and your coach’s diary can’t accommodate you.

We know that sometimes life gets in the way, so all we would ask is that you communicate to us that you are unable to make a meeting and we can find ways for you to catch up on the content.

We are happy to guarantee our services. We understand that it's a big decision to embark on a coaching programme, and we believe that there shouldn't be any financial risk in doing so.

When you work with us, we become an overhead in your business. If, after 6 months, we haven't made at least enough additional profit to cover your investment in us, we will simply refund the difference, no questions asked, provided that you have done the work we agreed that you should do.
