A business coach will work in partnership with you to help you achieve both your personal and your business goals.

Once we've helped you to define where you want to go, we'll work with you to put a plan in place so that the actions (and any learning) that you need to undertake to achieve those goals are clear.

We'll then ensure that you have all the skills you need, and keep you focused and accountable to completing the actions.

Of course. We are always at the end of the phone or email if there's something you need help with or you simply need an alternative point of view.

Once we have defined where it is you want to go, we'll work with you and if necessary, your team to help you achieve your goals.

We teach our clients about "The Cycle of Business": The owner looks after the team, the team look after the customers, the customers look after the business and the business looks after you, the owner.

When the majority of our clients join us, they are looking after the team, the customers and the business.

If you're going to have a business that really performs, you'll need a great team to help you. That's why we include them in our programmes.

Our clients invest their time, their energy and their money into coaching. When we work with you we will identify quickly the areas in your business where we can help you to get a return on all three.

One of our initial focuses is to generate enough additional profit to pay for what you are investing in your coaching programme, so that you don't have to worry about the investment.

Quite simply no, there are no hidden costs.

You're not tied into a contract, we operate a 30 day notice period.

The number one thing that we expect from our clients is 100% participation. That means that we need you to be commited to the process, turn up to your coaching sessions and take the agreed actions. If for any reason you feel that you can't participate fully we would want you to tell us so that we can support you in finding a way forward.

When you work with us, it's not about us simply giving you more work to do. If you're like many of the businesses we work with, you'll probably find that you're spending time doing a lot of low value activities. We will work with you to manage your diary and create space for your regular coaching sessions so that you don't feel like they are getting in the way of other things.

We'll help you do less of those low value activities and more of the things that will grow your business, make it more profitable and give you the freedom you deserve.
